Refund and Returns Policy

At Veridian Consulting Partners, we are committed to building relationships with our clients based on trust, transparency, and fairness, which is why our refund and returns policy is designed with clarity and client confidence in mind. Since our services are delivered entirely online, in formats such as personalized consultations, in-depth reports, strategic workshops, and interactive training sessions, there are no physical goods to be returned. Instead, our focus is on making sure that every client understands the exact circumstances under which a refund can be granted, as well as the alternatives available if changes are needed.

A refund is possible when a service was not delivered as agreed, for example, if a scheduled consultation did not take place or if a promised report was not provided due to an oversight on our side. Refunds are also available if technical issues on our side prevented us from delivering the service in full or if a client cancels a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance of delivery, allowing us to reallocate time and resources fairly. However, it is important to emphasize that refunds cannot be issued for services already completed, such as consultations that have taken place, reports that have been delivered, or training sessions that have been successfully carried out. Similarly, if the content delivered corresponds to the scope and details agreed upon in advance, dissatisfaction with style or interpretation is not a valid reason for refund. Finally, please note that we cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties on the client’s side, such as poor internet connection, lack of access to required software, or device malfunctions, and such issues are not grounds for refund.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within 7 calendar days of the scheduled service date, clearly indicating the service name, order reference, and the reason for the request. Our dedicated support team reviews each case with care and consideration, and you will receive a response within 5 business days confirming whether your request meets the eligibility criteria. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction. In situations where the service was partially delivered, or where a client’s goals can still be achieved through rescheduling, we often recommend rescheduling as a preferred solution instead of a refund. This way, clients do not lose the value of their purchase and can still fully benefit from our expertise at a time that works better for them.
